Hi,

I concurrent filed I140 (EB1-OR )and I485 in April 2004 when my hu*****and was not in USA. My I140 got approved in April 2005. Next month my PD will be current. I am going to file I485 for my hu*****and. my question:

Do i need submit a employment letter from my employer with my hu*****and's I485?
( I submited a employment letter in April 2005)
