Seeking advice

几年前我申请我姐姐一家移民美国,但是众所周知的理由这要等FORVER,最近我姐姐一个人来探亲,在DS-156的申请表上须要注明有没有人为她移民,不知有没有那位兄弟姐妹有类似的经历,是添是还是不是?领事馆有没有这个记录?如果注明是,那不是就有移民倾向来拒绝了?彷徨ING...
