Asking for your help

My NIW application get denied after I submitted RFE. And the reason the Service claimed is focused on that I am not satisfied the 3rd issue: The application of the Labor certification will not greatly affect the National interest. Is there any chance to get the case re-approved if I submit an appeal? And what evidences that I should provide for the appeal?
