雇主在移民局所允许的工作期限内解雇该名持有H-1B的外籍员工?这个时间是多长?
This is the I-797 expiration date.
If you work up to that date with no extension, not laid-off before the day, you have 10-day grace period.
If laid-off, quit,... anytime before that, legally, you don't have any grace period. But in practice, USCIS officers decide that based on your last paycheck or their own discretion.
