Thanks for your input, easyguy.
My lawyer insisted to file the duplicate I-485.
He suggested not to fill in the A# in second I-485. Let INS figure out by themslef. I don't feel confortable with his idea since is easy to put me on a position for puroposely conceal that I have applied I-485 before.
How did you handle the situation? Thanks.
