sorry I just saw your question. I worked for current ER for 13month, now I had a offer from other company and need transfer. I had lawyer help; however, the express mail showed the file application was received on 4/13, and my lawyer said that the check cleared bank today. I haven't resign yet(try to stay on the safe side). I used premairy (or premium) process.
