F1/H4/I-485/AP.... #### Help #### XBT, $0.02 et al

My fiancee is currently a grad student on F1 visa. We plan to get married before the filing of I-485.

#1 Is it necessary to change her visa status from F1 to H4? Is H4 holder allowed to be employed by universities as TA or RA?

#2 If she remains F1 between our wedding and the I-485 filing, can she travel to China and still return to the US on F1 while my I-140 is pending? What might be the consequence if she travels to China prior to the filing of I-485. (I won't accompany her during her trip to China.)

#3 After the filing of I-485, does she need EAD to work as TA/RA at her university?

If anybody can help answer even one or two of the questions, it would be really appreciated.
