may I come back to H4

OPT要过期了，想concurrently fill I-485， 用EAD 继续工作。请问各位大虾，如果LG和我的 I140 (EB2) denied，我是不是没身份了。我可以申请 H4 么。 LG 现在有 H1。谢了先。
