I-140 status, 这是什么意思?

On February 10, 2006, the document we made based on the approval or
registration of this case was mailed directly to the person to whom issued.

律师说是还没批, 我的receipt date 是1/26,律师的地址有错给退回盖了2/10的章又寄过
来. 今天打电话给USCIS说是批了, 可律师说没收到. 有哪位知道吗? 先谢谢了!
