1. You need to produce a receipt showing a RD which is before 2/10. Otherwise it is hard to prove that your extension was filed timely.
2. You need to have a receipt showing your B1 application to prove that you are 自动转为30天商务签证

3. You can do a H-1B transfer if the above GAP issues are addressed.
