关于被告案件dismiss！！！谢谢！！

如果上庭法官宣判案子dismiss了，那么请问这个案子是否会进入被告者的档案？谢谢！！如果以后转身分（正是绿卡和公民）填写任何表格里“曾经是否被扑过”要填写“yes”还是“no”?!谢谢！！！！
