140

EB2, 140/485 submitted on Sept.30, 2005.

Now, got a notice that 140 is transferred to Texas. I checked Texas office's process data is Jan.2006.

Did some one have comments on this? Why Sept.30's case still in waiting list, but the process data is Jan.2006?

Also, did someone get 140 approved , and his case was submitted around Sept/Oct of 2005?
