I am considering to replace my current lawyer who is an irresponsible person and made a bad legal brief for me. I need to recruit another more experienced lawyer for possible RFE. How to terminate my current legal serive? Is it risky to fire the lawyer with a pending I-140? Does the lawyer have the right to withdraw my case after contract termination? Please give me some suggestions! Thank you very much!
