Can you tell me if the same officer who gave my RFE will review my case again, or somebody else will review my case?
-- RFE normally will return to same officer.


I submitted my original petition before April 1 2006, but I will submit my response to RFE after April 1.
-- better submit the response and other material at same time, letter and material easy lost for RFE, hardly combine together if you send seperately.


Can you tell me if they will transfer my case to other centers? I am worrying they will transfer my case to NSC.
-- based on the USICS schedule, it is possible.
