Dear xiaobaitu, worthit, and other experts, question about RFE f

I submitted my NIW petition to VSC last September, got RFE this February. I am going to submit my response to RFE in early May.

Can you tell me if the same officer who gave my RFE will review my case again, or somebody else will review my case?

I submitted my original petition before April 1 2006, but I will submit my response to RFE after April 1.

Can you tell me if they will transfer my case to other centers? I am worrying they will transfer my case to NSC.
