请教:EB3优先日期 5/2003, 能利用优先日期重新申请EB2,加快485申请吗

EB3优先日期 5/2003, LC 和140都批了,在等485的排期. 听说可以重新申请EB2的PERM和140,并利用EB3的优先日期等待485.
