请教, I-539 H4 Application

Hello, all

I need to file I-539 H4 application form as I was laid off week. I was filling the form and not sure how to anwser 2 questions.

On the very las t of first part, it asked what is my status now and when it expires. Shall I put H1 there (but my H1 was terminated last week) and put 10/2008 as expiring date (My H1 would expire on 10/2008, if I had not been laid off). But as I was laid off, I do not have h1 now, Shall I put the expires date as 04/11 as expires date as I was laid off that day.
