请问关于去Puerto Rico的问题

1)I am an H1, do I need the visa to go to Puerto Rico and come back US mainland? I checked some people's answer to this question, everybody said visa is not needed, I just wanna make sure that since the policy keep being changed.
2)if the visa is not required, so I just need to bring my driver license?
and does the airline check photo ID of a baby go with me?
anybody who has been to Puerto Rico, please help me to answer these questions. thanks a lot!
