How to fire this bad lawyer?

My I-140/I-485 were cocurently filed to CSC last september and transferred to TSC recently. I just got the copy of my I-140 petition from my lawyer. I found the petition letter was badly written and totally copied from my personal statement. To make things worse,she even put the wrong name of the institution where I was working. She refused to give me the chance to check before the petition was sent out. She also never answer my legal questions.I am planning to change the lawyer for the possible RFE. Can someone tell me how to fire this irresponsible lawyer? Is it risky to fire the lawyer at this stage? Thank you very much. Any suggestions will be appreciated!
