求教xiaobatu 和所有朋友:Transfer from H4 to F1

Could you guys please tell me how to transfer from H4 to F1 in U.S.? How long will it take ususally? What documents I need to do the transfer? And what procedure is it? Another question is: if my hu*****and file I485 after I get F1 visa, can I file I485 with him together? Many thanks!
