if yu have very strong references , publication(s), master or PhD degree, and the employer would like to write the permanent position letter for you, you can choose OUTSTANDING, you can also apply for NIW, or just go to PERM to apply EB2(at least master degree or bachelor plus 5 years experience) or EB3(long long time waiting).
