To All experts: Several questions about EAD?

Dear All,

I filed I-140/I485 NIW to CSC last september and just transferred to TSC in March.Currently I-140/I-485 are still pending at TSC.I am planning to apply EAD for my wife. We both currently are in H1B status.I have the following questions:

(1) Do I need to include $70 Fingerprint fee if she already did the Code3 for I-485 before?

(2)Where to file I-765,CSC or TSC?

(3)What is her status, H1B or AOS if she doesn't use the EAD after receiving it?

(4)Can she change her status to H4 inside USA if my I-140 gets rejected?
