Two green-card related questions

Hello,

I am applying my green card. My I-140 was approved in December of last year, but I-485 is still pending. I have the below two questions.

1) I need to move a new apartment (in same town). Is there any negative effect on my
green-card application by my address change?

2) If I change my job, will it have any negative effects on my green-card application?
