2。 从 多 伦 多 签 返 回 美 国 H1 visa stamp (五 月 回 中 国 )， 如 果 批 准 了 ， 我 还 得 从 多 伦 多 回 美 国 ， 然 后 5月 初 回 中 国 ， 6月 初 回 来 。 问 题 是 ： 我 的 VISA的 STAMP 已 用 了 一 次 了 (从 多 伦 多 回 美 国 )， 那 回 中 国 后 回 来 还 能 用 从 加 国 申 请 的 VISA STAMP 吗 ？
I do not think you can apply H-1 visa stamp by the end of May unless you have interview appointment scheduled.
Typically, You will get 2 entries within 3 month. as a result, you can come back to the states and fly to china from here. (do need to fly from canada)
