等I-485 离婚

前妻 2002年八月递上I-485 （EB2, PD 2001 年4月），2004年1月协议离婚。后因孩子抚养，法庭再判于2005年10月。其间前妻曾告知她办案律师离婚事宜，不知律师通知INS否。
2005年3月我的I-485（Derivative /Dependent）批准。因怀疑其合法性，一直未去做passport stamp.
后就我目前情况咨询律师， 他说，我可以file I-90 去拿Green Card. 还说，我的身份已经是永久居民了。
我的问题是，
1． 我能否拿这个卡？
2． 若能， 能否用InfoPass 预约？
3． 如果用InfoPass 预约， InfoPass 有两个 选项：

You wish to speak to an immigration officer.

You have received an approval letter or Form I-797 from the Service Center or local office instructing you to come into the office for alien identification card processing / passport stamp.

我该用哪个？
