Help, NOT blame each other!!!

I think life is not easy for our Chinese in foreign countries. It is my belief that we should help each other. If someone has a question to ask and you know the answer, then, please just answer his/her question or give some suggestions. But NEVER try to speculate other's motive and say something bad, since this forum is basically an information forum.
