Xiaobaitu help: Canada Landing with Kid only?

Xiaobaitu, please help:

Can I land Canada with my kid only? On the immigration confirmation paper, it says:

Option A: entire family lands together.
Option B: Principal lands first ALONE. The dependents may then follow the principal applicant at a later date provided their visas remain valid.

Sounds like that I as the pricipal, cannot land with my kid at the same time according to Opetion B?
