请问小白兔和大侠们：H-1B transfer and H4

I will transfer H-1B to another institution. My wife has H-4. Q1: Does she need file an I-539 together with me?

Q2: in I-539, How to check "the type of application"? The options are A: An extension of stay in my current status; B: A change of status. C: other.

Q3: We filed 140/485 last year. Is it true that we should check YES on "are you an applicant for an immigration visa"? However, check NO on "has an immigration petition ever been filed for you", because it was not my wife who filed the I-140. Also, check YES on "has a 485 filed by you"?

Q4: Would the filing of 140/485 affect H-4 in any way?
