f2转f1的几个问题

想这个spring学nurse,在community college交了学费了,学生处才告诉我要转f1才能读书,好不容易把材料弄齐了交上去,还要过几天才给I-20.请问:1.转身份所需材料的网页. 2.如果开学前拿不到I-20,可以上part-time吗?因为学校现在不正面回答我,只是说他没说不能.
