Some lawyers are very helpful. Some are very bad. Specifically, some Chinese, including Chinese lawyers, are very bad. They are rude, greedy, and lazy. A more critical thing is that they lead you to the wrong directions. A friends of mine use a Chinese "laywer" in New York City. The lawyer charged him >$7000. Three years passed, my friend can not find his case in Labor Department.
