first most people will be cleared by FBI within 120 days after interview, if your case is over 120 days, you should contact your state's congressman to ask help, usually they will be grad to help you.
If you still in 120, just give you a little bit advise, do not take any risk to bother USCIS and FBI, b/c they have too many case to process, they may lost your files or misfiling, at that time your case will be much delay.
