Did you guyes get LUD with your I129(H-1B visa)?
Before and after I got my RFE (I140,NIW in VSC) I had LUDs of my I129 which was approved for the extention in last Oct. I don't know what is going on in VSC now? May be they check our employment background during processing the I140?
