请问小白兔，485严重拖延怎么办？

2002年10月file 140 和485， 2003年4月140批了。
我们拿了EAD和AP，这几年工作旅游都没耽误。
然后我们夫妻打了4次指纹，code 1，2，3都打过。
排期早到了，可是就是不批。

我们现在急了，最近congressman，senate全找了。
不知道到底什么缘故，怎么还不批我们啊？

请问小白兔，我们还能做点什么？
