I am in Chicago, cannot file I-485 package,only mail it. So by this way, how long can get AP approved.
My father is sick seriously now...so need come back.

Is there any other way better?
For example, use my F-1, OPT to get a visa in China.Then I think I must lie that my marriage with the US citizen, right?
Or, I just go back and wait a k-3 visa, how long that will be? have to go to GuanZhou for visa?
