I have submitted more than 30 journal publication, more than 100 citation, several joural and proposal reviewer, Ph.D.,7 strong reference letters and more than ten years research experience in my I-140 petition, 移民局还通知我让补充下列证据：

Submit evidence to persuasively establish that the national interest would be adversely affected if the alien were required to obtain labor certification from U.S. department of Labor. Would a U.S. work with the same minimum qualifications be able to perform the same occupation and serve the national interest to a similar way? How will the individual alien serve the national interest to a substantially greater degree that other individuals in the field? Please submit persuasively documentary evidence to substantiate your response.
