To Xiao Baitu & Mytwocents: Bio-specialization

My I-140 was approved at NSC. Now I'm working at CSC. According to the Bio-specialization starting from April 1, 2006, my I-485 must be submitted to NSC, not CSC. Is it correct? Thanks.
