EB3 Labor filed in Aug 2003.
My 6th year H1 expires in Aug 2006.
The company I work for is not doing so well and so I am planning to switch jobs.

With h1 expiry date so soon, can i switch jobs now? If so, can i use the existing pending labor filed in Aug 2003 to get my 7th year extension under the NEW employer?
