Could my wife help on my greencard application if I leave USA?

Both my wife and me are now in US. She will look for a nursng job soon and hopefully apply for green card upon getting a job. I have a job offer in China. If I leave US and work in China, can I benifit from her application of gc? Any advice highly appreciated!
