please help!!! I485,I765

Hi,
I submit I140 and I485 in april 2004 (EB1 OR). My I140 got approved April 2005 from Vermont Center. At that time My hu*****and was not in US. Now he came US. I have some question Please help.
1. May I file I485 and I765(employment authorization) together for my hu*****and?
Where I will file?
2. for I485 Part2 Application type, Which one will select? a or b
3. for I485 Part3 B.List your present wife(me) Apply with you? Yes or No
(I submited my I485 and I140 April 2004)
4. When I filed my I485 and I140 at April 2004, I Have already submit my 3 year's
tax form and employment letter , Do I need submit again?
5. Anyone has I485 checklist?
