please help!!! filing I485

Hi,
I submit I140 and I486 in april 2004 (EB1 OR). My I140 got approved April 2005 from Vermont Center. Now my hu*****and came US. I have some question Please help.
1. May I file I485 for him in May?
2. My hu*****and's 485 belong to employment based adjustment of status or family-bases? Where I will submit his 485?
3. for I485 Part2 Application type Which one will select? a or b
4. Which biographic information will be filled out? G325 or G325A
