Urgent: 明年８月到期，现在 还没办法file PERM

刚刚从律师那里听说，他要到的PWD is not in line with my position and salary，所以他又重新file alternate PWD . 请问这是什么意思呢？是不是说我现在pay的太低了？

１。我必须要等到PW吗？因为H1B明年８月到期，如果晚于今年８月递交PERM 申请，我就没办法办H1B延期了。

２。是不是PERM的广告登了以后要等２个月？也就是说我到６月份之前开始做广告还来得及？

请大家棒我看看，是不是快 死菜了？有什么建议，多谢啦。。
