How Can I change the mistake I made in tax 1040 form

I have mail my 1040 form to IRS. However, I find I did a mistake.

My filing status is Married and filing separate. I forget fill out my Hu*****and's name and his SSN. (at that time, I donot look carefully, I think filing separate, then I donot need fill out his information).

Is this a big problem or it does not matter, How can I fix it. Thanks
