after I -140 submission, 需换工作，愁啊！

刚递上I-140 NIW 申请（一个月），但年底之前必须换工作。H-1签证连续用了4年多。是现在开始找工作，还是等140批了再找？ 郁闷啊。恳请高人大虾支支招，哭谢了！
