How about Degree Certificate and Graduation Certificate? I have these original certificates with me in US, how to I get the notorized copies then?

Do I need to mail them back to China so that my parents can help me contact the university to get notorized copies? Or can I mail my parents the copy of these certificate, then they use the copy to contact the university?
