H-1B TRANSFER

正在办理H-1B TRANSFER, 从本校到另一个学校. 我的问题是: 移民局会将 receipt notice 邮寄给谁? 是给我还是给新学校的负责办理H-1B的人?
一周前, 新学校已经将我的材料交上去了, 但没新消息.
