被律师骗了,485都REF了,却被拒了,从申请到485补件,换了6个人来搞我的

我申请national interest waiver,却以不够outstanding 的理由给拒绝了,律师从头到尾没付过责除了要钱,实在咽不下这口气,我想宰了他,中国人能买到枪吗,在美国?请各位给些意见,多谢!!!
