急问: LC case closure in Philadephia BLC

今天收到Philadephia BLC 的信说case closure because untimely and imcomplete response. 律师说他收到45 day letter就马上回复了,他还有传真的复印件去证明他是马上回复的.
大家听说过类似的CASE又被REOPEN的吗?
律师说他上星期一共收到四起这样的事.
45 day letter 是去年十月收到的．
