Urgent Help, post again

My lawyer told me that he got the approved letter from Labor Department (?) saying that my Labor Certification has been approved (also found approved online). However the original Approved Labor Certification Form was not included in the envelope. In this situation, can we still file the file I140? If not, what procedures should we take to get the replacement of the original Approved Labor Certification Form? Thanks very much for your help.
