请各位高手给出主意，谢谢！

我的NIW I-140已经批准； 最近劳工卡又批了。我不知道劳工卡这条路还要不要走下去，I－140 还要不要file。 NIW对于我来说有更大的自由性，对我来说是最重要的。律师建议我再file一个I-140基于刚批准的LC，说是多个option。我不知道律师的建议是处于什么考虑？多赚律师费？请问再file一个I140会不会影响另外一个已经批准的？如果INS发怒了，会不会影响485呢？NIW140批了，485有多大可能性被拒呢？而且，LC和NIW都是属于EB2 同一个category， preority date基本没区别。请各位大侠给建议。谢谢！谢谢！谢谢！
