New bill? Nurse Employment-Based Immigration Quota Exemption for

one of the Amendments Adopted as Part of Committee's Passed Bill said that "Nurse Employment-Based Immigration Quota Exemption for 7 Years", does this mean that the actual available EB-3 quota will increase since the Nurse quota used to be part of the EB3 quote.
